Our employment law services
Our lawyers cover all areas of employment law work, from advice on redundancy or unfair dismissal to interpreting restrictive covenants and non-competes. Whether clients are in need of representation at tribunals, advising on settlement agreements, help with tribunal forms or just preliminary advice, our employment law specialists can assist with knowledge and care.
We can assist both employees and employers, subject to ensuring we have no conflict of interest. At Central Law we believe the right to efficient, low-cost advice and representation extends to small business owners as well as their employees. When both sides get the right advice, everyone benefits.
We are trusted by Essex County Council and the Citizens’ Advice Bureau to provide advice and support to Essex residents. But our scope is nationwide, so however you have come to us, and wherever you live in England and Wales, we are happy to help.
We also post guidance, articles and the latest news on employment law to our website – click here to find out more.
